Class Breakdown: - Short introduction to the practice/technique - Guided 20-30 minute practice - Questions and sharing until 10:30am The main style of practice is breath awareness/anapana, mindfulness, & vipassana. We will occasionally practice breathing exercises as well. At the onset of the COVID pandemic, this virtual meditation community was started and it has continued to provide a supportive space to share, learn, and grow. With community members from across the globe, we sit, go on a journey of exploring our inner landscape, and can sense into the possibility of interconnectedness. Some classes are geared toward checking in with our core values to ensure we are living in alignment with what makes us feel most alive and will incorporate journaling at times. For additional support with your meditation practice, feel free to join our unguided classes on Tuesdays from 7-7:30am and Fridays from 7-8am.
