WEEKLY PUBLIC CLASSES

MONDAY Ashtanga Vinyasa

We use the breath, posture, and point of focus in this accessible Half Primary practice with lots of hands on adjustments as well as detailed verbal cues to support you in deepening your practice. Although modifications are allowed, the sequence is powerful for intermediate level practitioners.

FRIDAY Heated Vinyasa

This class is filled with deep stretches, twists, balancing poses, and breath work to reduce stress, reduce the revolutions of the mind and connect us to our being.

FRIDAY Omstars Community Ritual: Unguided Meditation + Check-In

7-8am EST

It has been shown that having a sense of community allows us to follow through and become more consistent with a practice as challenging as meditation. You can join for 3 minutes or the full hour.

SATURDAYS - Virtual Mindfulness Community  at 9:30 1hr

on Zoom

Learn to train the mind, discover a deeper sense of joy and calm. After each class there will be time for sharing & questions. These classes are an opportunity to connect with community as much as it is about deepening and strengthening our meditation practice.

SUNDAYS - YOGIC BREATH & SOUND BOWL MEDITATION 9:30-10

at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden

Once we begin to manipulate the breath through yogic breathing practices, stilling the revolutions of the mind becomes more accessible. This all-levels practice is a journey inward through the breath and an opportunity to experience a sense of calm with the assistance of deeply relaxing harmonic set of crystal sound bowls.

SUNDAYS - All levels Vinyasa Yoga AT 10:30 - 75 MIN

at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden

This class is filled with deep stretches, twists, balancing poses, and breath work to reduce stress, reduce the revolutions of the mind and connect us to our being. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to find parking. Shaded space is limited.

NEW MOON CANDLELIT BREATHWORK & SOUNDBATH MEDITATION

Tues 4.21 AT 6:30-7:30PM

at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden

Enjoy gentle breathwork followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath meditation as the moon begins to rise. Experiencing the garden in the peacefully quiet after hours while witnessing the aromas of the flowers coming to life, you will have the perfect setting to let go of what is no longer serving you.
