Transformative Breathwork & Sound Bath (Optional ice bath)


Reconnect with your body's innate wisdom through transformative breathwork and a deeply nourishing sound bath meditation. 

We use a combination of Wim Hof, Oxygen Advantage, and ancient breathing techniques that allow us to move beyond the revolutions of our mind and make space for clarity and insights to arise.

During this practice, you will explore the power of your breath to release stress, tension, and emotional blockages. 

Accompanied by an intuitive journey of soothing sounds of carefully curated instruments, the Sound Bath Meditation will guide you into deep relaxation and embodied harmony.

It has been shown that having a sense of community allows us to follow through and become more consistent with a practice as challenging as meditation. You can join for 3 minutes or the full hour.

Yogic Breath & Sound Bath Meditation

Once we begin to manipulate the breath through yogic breathing practices, stilling the revolutions of the mind becomes more accessible. This all-levels practice is a journey inward through the breath and an opportunity to experience a sense of calm with the assistance of deeply relaxing harmonic set of crystal sound bowls.
